Rescheduling or Cancelling Your Appointment
To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel.

* By Phone: Call us during clinic hours.
* For Online Bookings: Please email us to cancel, then rebook your new appointment online.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
For same-day cancellations or no-shows, the following fees apply:
* Same-Day Cancellation: 50% of the reserved treatment fee.
* No-Show: 100% of the reserved treatment fee.

Please Note:
* If you contact us after your appointment time, or do not contact us at all, it will be considered a "no-show."
* In cases of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., sudden illness, family emergency, bereavement), please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.
